Jack Ruby

So I've been thinking a lot about Jack Ruby lately. Strange, I know. For those who do not know, Jack Ruby murdered Lee Harvey Oswald by shooting him with a handgun on  Sunday, November 24, 1963, at 11:21 am CST. Lee Harvey Oswald, for those who don't know, was, according to many investigations, the assassin of JFK (Though some, including me, believe there is something more to this. But that's another post.) For some reason, I am so intrigued by Ruby, partly because of what he did. He murdered a murderer. He thought he was doing the country a service, avenging Kennedy's death. It's so interesting how even with the heinous crime of murder, one can think they are doing everyone a service. There are so many interesting characters in history. The day the assassin was assassinated..... who would've thought.
